Great coffee, friendly service, and nice atmosphere. You won't be disappointed! The shop is small but very clean, and service is super sweet. They always heat the food when asked and always make suggestions on drinks if you're not sure.

I used to work for Starbucks back in California. When I found out we had one on base I was so happy! Sadly this store does not live up to Starbucks standards. I gave this store many chances to change my mind. I work at gate 7 and was visiting at least 3x's a week. Staff was consistently rude. Would take extra time to make basic drinks. Food was served partially frozen or burnt. Asking for it to be replaced was turned into a interrogation. I'm sure they don't get the same customer service training like other corporate Starbucks store but that doesn't excuse common curtesy.

Very disappointed in the service I've gotten the two times I visited this place. My friend and I were the only customers who ordered drinks and we still had to sit down to wait for our drinks. There were four people behind the counter, but our drinks didn't get started until after a minute or two from paying. Facial expressions and body language from the employees, to me, looked like they were not getting along with each other. No teamwork. I'll definitely be going to Gate 10 shop even if it is across the post from me.

One of the best ever! Service was fast and it's not just because the Starbucks is on an army base that they took care of as well, but it was because the staff genuinely cared. the furniture is very eclectic and the lighting is perfect

I come here often for coffee and breakfast if I have time before work. Today is the first time I actually have a complaint; what kind of business/employee burns a customer's order and gives it to them anyways??? Sad thing is I think it was the manager who heated up my spinach square, a bearded guy. And now I don't have the time to go and get something else for breakfast. Very disappointed, especially since the services here have alwats been excellent previously. Guess I'll start checking my order before I leave from now on.

Typical on-base Starbucks. The staff is pretty friendly and engaging. As a licensee of the brand, AAFES has kind of hamstrung the establishment. They don't have the scanner, so using your Starbucks App requires hand-typing in your number. Additionally, the point-of-sale system is different so you can't redeem free drinks unless it's with the postcard. I spoke to the District Representative and while he thinks AAFES may eventually come on board, he has no idea what the timeline looks like. AAFES... we're there for you... as long as it's on our terms.

I'm tired of the employees here. If you go into any Starbucks anywhere you get prompt service; here, it's like they're in their own word. The only good thing about this place is the product...but all factors taken into account and judged against other franchise locations? Not so great.

The address/location of this starbuck's should be made more clear. The Starbucks is your regular run of the mill choices. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. What this place has that no other starbucks I have been to is a HUGE and BEAUTIFUL park behind it. Ah-Mazing!! A mom's dream!

I've been visiting this location for well over a year and am almost always impressed with the Baristas. I will say that the manager is the only person who always messes up my drink and/or is rude. Which seems extremely counterproductive.
